(More customer reviews)This is a tool that allows me to carve wood beyond the use of traditional carving chisels and gouges. Obviously, it is important to develop great carving skills thru the traditional methods. However, the Foredom rotary carving tool allows for different style of carving and creativity.
When using this tool one should allow for dust. I recommend dust collection and proper dust mask be used as the is plenty of fine dust created when working with wood. Eye protection is critically important as well.
This is a quality tool and a lot of fun to use. One can be quite creative with this tool at hand.
