(More customer reviews)Well....have to say that we put these things through a lot of abuse and they seem to hold up very very well. They dull a bit after a lot of use, but even then they keep on cutting. Very impressed. Most of the other Dremel bits that we use seldom last anywhere near as long as these do.

(More customer reviews)I purchased this thing from a local retail store, and it is very aggressive at the time you use it with any wood, actually it cuts the wood like butter. I own other tungsten carbide bits with cross cut, and they have a smooth cut, this one is more aggressive and leave some "teeth" marks but it is ok, since you will need to sand the wood anyway. I recommend this bit to rough out the wood blank and then do the finish with other bits etc. This is an excellent choice for a power carver. By the way i use it at 18,000 rpm with a foredom flexshaft and at almost the same speed with a generic rotary tool (a dremel clone) with a flexshaft too.
