(More customer reviews)Although the photo shows approximately 20-25 pieces, you only get 10. Quality seems somewhat mediocre. Had there been 20-25 pieces then it might have been an acceptable value for the price. Avoid the disappointment, buy the Dremel parts.

(More customer reviews)I wanted a method to mark names on food tins that were made of tinned steel, and so ordered the etch o matic after researching as thoroughly as possible what types of metal could or could not be etched. The web site clearly states over and over "marks ALL metals", with a small disclaimer for anodized aluminum, which it does say it will not mark. Well, take note, it will also NOT mark tinned steel. I was VERY irritated to say the least, to try every method outlined in the meager instruction booklet only to have no success. Worked GREAT on everything else, but would NOT mark the very thing I bought it for, tinned steel. Finally called customer service and was told that it would not mark tinned steel. Needless to say, I was very very much annoyed and ended up returning the etch o matic.
Again, the unit was simple to use and worked great on everything EXCEPT the very thing I bought it for. I think the product is great but their advertising is extremely misleading and should at least allow for the possibility that some hardened metals will not be amenable to etching.

Rotozip 101225 Revolution Spiral Saw Kit Review

(More customer reviews)This tool has come in very handy for me and my workers. It's been great for removing cracked ceramic tile in showers (using masonary disk), cutting stucco, etc. If you get one, make sure you ALWAYS wear safety goggles. The one time I didn't I had a piece of stucco hit my eyeball and it was extremely painful (am fortunate it hit the white part of the eye).
What I dislike about this tool is the on/off switch. It is so bad that I could see someone having an accident with it. The switch is a slippery piece of plastic that you have to pull to turn it on and it's not easy to get a grip on.
I also don't like the cheesy plastic case. The mfg. should include a metal case or at a minimum a quality plastic case.
I haven't had great luck with the bits (they always seem to break).
Even though there are a couple negative things about this tool, I would definitely buy it again. It has become indispensable to me and gets used regularly in renovating apartment units.

(More customer reviews)Not a bad little unit. On holding the tool it feels very comfortable to hold. The feel of it when working with the tool is most comfortable. The jobs that I had to do with it were completed easily and quickly. I would recommend this tool without hesitation. I liked the fact that I got 40 accessorys with it so I didn't have to buy an accessory set straight away and the case was quite handy as there is quite a few bits so I didn't want to lose any.
Highly recommended.
